July started and Providence's colleges entered the summer term, when Providence Journal reporter Rosalie McDoughan received an unexpected tip from fellow Brigthon member Andrew. The somewhat mysterious "Oracle" of the P.I.s had sensed a wide spread magic disturbance in the north-western part of Providence. Rosalie was sent to investigate together with the newly recruited members. Several rumors quickly lead them to Rhode Island College, where a new drug was supposedly making it's rounds. The Investigators split to cover a wide range of leads, from student gossip, speak-easy chatter, to insights of local faculty.
