Report
Interrogated an addict on patrol. Found he praised and feared someone called Dover, who sees everything and can make you see. Returned back home to find out more about Dover. Oggies car tires got slit overnight. By morning Brighton had found that Dover had purchased the Slaughterhouse. He was born in the US, had been out of the country for several years and just returned 2 years prior.
